DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY?

At the moment we deliver in Sydney. We can deliver to the Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Southern Highlands via special request. We can stretch a little further if you need us to. Just get in touch.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH MY DESIGNS?

CAN YOU SET UP MY FLOWERS FOR ME?

Yes! Our team members are available on an $100 per hour basis to assist with set up for weddings and events. If you need an extra hand to set-up your Flower Story just live chat or email us and we can organise it.

CAN I DESIGN SOMETHING NOT ON YOUR SITE?

Yes! At Flower Stories we try to encourage everyone to show their personal style and we LOVE it when you have a design we haven’t thought of! For any custom orders please use the live chat or get in touch.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR FLOWERS FROM?

We pride ourselves on using Australian grown produce as much as possible. Most of our produce is Australian, and, we love our eclectic bunch of farmers. When it comes to Orchids, we may need to source from our trusted suppliers in the international market as the growing conditions are tricky for Aussie farms to sustain large quantities.

WHY DO I HAVE TO ORDER IN ADVANCE?

We support environmentally responsible farming and we hate wasting beautiful fresh flowers. So, we plan ahead to ensure we only order the amounts required. So we need you to order minimum 1 week in advance. If you have a last minute request get in touch with us and we will do our best to help.

WHY DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

We are only small at the moment, so we have a minimum order because it allows us to offer hundreds of different flower and foliage options. We can also be a little extra fussy to make sure we get the freshest and most beautiful produce available.

ANY OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS?

The images & illustrations are indications only. As we like all our blooms to be as fresh and natural as possible there will be some variations, twists, bumps or changes in colour. We will do our best to match what you have ordered however we may need to swap something if Mother Nature changes her story! If we have to change the type of flower we will contact you to approve. The illustrations in the Style section are for inspiration and rough ideas for what you can create.

WHY ARE YOU SO AFFORDABLE?

We buy direct from growers so we minimize waste, which is both good for the environment and your pocket! We don’t have a shop-front so we keep our overheads lean and pass the savings onto our customers.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

We completely understand that brides and soiree supervisors have lots of decisions to juggle and that sometimes you need to change your order with us. We offer full refunds up until 1 week prior to your delivery date. You can also change your designs up until this time by getting in touch with us.

HOW CAN I BE SURE I WILL GET EXACTLY WHAT I WANT?

If you know what you want down to the letter then please add any extra details when you complete your order. You can also advise us through our live chat or via email . If we receive your order and we have a question, we will call, text or email you to make sure we get it right. We want your Flower Story to be just right and we will try our best to do it for you.
